Meet Your Coach – Nathaniel Boulding

Nate is a lifelong athlete with an unshakable passion for human performance. He competed in every sport he could growing up, eventually earning a four-year collegiate basketball career with the Northwestern Polytechnic Wolves. Today, he’s a dedicated strength and physique athlete with multiple bodybuilding competitions under his belt—and many more ahead.

Recently, Nate has taken on new frontiers through running and mountaineering, pushing his limits in nature and redefining what it means to be a hybrid athlete. These pursuits have deepened his understanding of the mind-body connection and shaped a coaching style that blends grit, science, and soul.

Nate’s academic and professional credentials include:

  • Diploma in Fitness Leadership – Northwestern Polytechnic

  • Bachelor’s in Kinesiology – University of Alberta

  • Certified CSEP-CPT

  • Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach

  • 6+ years as a freelance personal trainer

  • 4+ years of online coaching experience
